The worst McDonald's experience ever. This place is so disgusting. Tables haven't been wiped down in who knows how long. It smells like a porta-potty throughout the entire restaurant. There was a wet floor sign on the table. We all know where those usually are and it's just there on the table. It felt disgusting just sitting in there. I went to go use the restroom to wash my hand but the bathrooms are locked and when I finally got someone to unlock the door, that bathroom was foul! Not to mention there wasn't even any soap in the dispensers.
There are no employees taking orders at the register so we are forced to use the kiosk. With the kiosk, it comes with a table tent with numbers on it, which says to relax and your order will be brought to you. I waited 40 minutes for my food to come and then realized that people that had not arrived until well after we did were getting their orders brought to them. So I went to go check on our food and it was just sitting there on the counter, food is cold, ice is melted in the drinks, and my McFlurry was M&M soup! I spent $50 on this order. Obviously, we're still here. The lady at the front said that she's been calling my number. Well, what's the point of the table number then? And why did everybody else receive their food on a tray brought to them but not us? I witnessed the lady try to do the same thing with another order. After watching it sit there for 5 minutes and the lady faintly saying the number, I walked up to the counter and told her that they were probably in the play place. She then brought the food to the play place and gave the customer his order.

I guess the $20 raise didn't hurt all the greedy CEOs of McDonald's but us customers. I mean, look at this small thing. I have average sized hands not big onees. I dont know where to start. Iam not a fast food kinda guy but since I moved to this small town of Yicca valley, ca I need to point out some people that deserve it. Most that follow me in her and on other channels need to know the truth. At this McDonalds service is usually bad. But there is this one young Lady. I think her name is Alyssa. She literally is all iver the place. She lime does everything. Not sure how she does it but she does. When food comes out nasty amd not to McDonalds standards and I complain she always safes the day. I usually don't like to overrated workers but she deserves it. This local MCdonalds owner surely doesn't appreciate her. I wish corporate will find her and pushes her up the corporate latter. Read moreI had horrible customer service. McDonald's was giving any size coffee for .99 cents. @ 11:00 am. I asked the employee to check if I could by 2 coffees @ that price. I asked him to ask if I could. He cam back still no knowing. So I asked him again. By that time it was past 22 am. Then they had gotten my order wrong. So because it was a few minutes past 11am he didn't want to give me the coffee. He kept arguing with me. He finally charged me something that cost.27 cents. He said that because it was past.11am so I no longer could get my coffee @ . 99 cents. Then this other manager came a long. She was so belligerent and argumentative. She was also extremely rude. I showed her my receipt with the 27 cents charged for the coffee. She would not honor what the other manager charged me. So I parked my car and went inside to talk to her. She told me that the other manager made a mistake. I tried to reason with her. I showed her my receipt and she wanted to keep it. I asked her several times to give me my receipt back. She was arguing with me about that. I couldn't believe her attitude. She said"I'm keeping the receipt because it shows that the manager charged me 27 cents for the coffee.
