This Dairy Queen has recently been having major issues with its staff not making orders correct. We used to frequent this location but have since moved on to other locations. This location always seems to have inexperienced staff and rude attitudes when informed an order is not correct. We had ordered a MOCHA Heath bar crunch blizzard and what we were handed was a vanilla based blizzard that had incorrect add ins. When we went inside to have the order corrected the lady working repeatedly corrected us saying that was not what we ordered (when it's literally the same thing we order EVERY time we go). Finally after about 10 minutes of arguing another staff member stepped in and corrected the order. I don't plan on paying for an incorrect order, so don't give me attitude because you screwed up! Ordered a medium peanut butter malt. $4.95 and I was out the door of the Dairy Queen located on 4th Avenue in Yuma, Arizona.
Malt was made to order and wasn't "too sweet." That happens on occasion when too much malt powder is added to the drink.
Female cashier was fast, friendly and polite. She offered that all ice cream options were available with the exception of chocolate.
Store was clean and offered a double drive-thru, which appeared to be more popular than in store sales.

I did not think the shake tasted right so when we got home I asked her to take a taste of it. She immediately threw it out saying that it was bad. I called the location to let them know and they would not tell me who I was talking to on the phone. I'll never go back there again. There was something in the shake and now I'm getting sick from it. I'll follow up with the health department on Monday. They showed no concern about my call. It could have been cleaning soap or bad product.
