Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Yuma

Ordered here around 11:30pm Monday night June 30th. Was in the middle of moving and after several hours on the road, I was relieved to find a place to order food. Service was fairly prompt and I was on the road fairly quickly. Immediately after opening the wrapping, I found a long hair wrapped in the tortilla of the California burrito I ordered. Figuring a single hair was no big deal, I pulled it off and started eating (mind you at this point I was fairly desperate to try to make it to my destination in the next few hours and was already back on the 8 highway. A few bites in, I had the uncomfortable sensation that a piece of cheese in my food felt strangely stringlike and long. I tried to convince myself I was being paranoid but after a few bites I realized I had a half swallowed new strand of hair partially down my throat and partially still in the next chew in my mouth. Genuinely revolting. Honestly had there been the single hair I first found I would have been able to brush the situation off but realizing that there were long strands of hair mixed in with my food made me so incredibly grossed out. I had to pull over to vomit as I instigated my gag reflex pulling the hair up my throat. All the strands of hair were quite long (at least 10 inches) so you can imagine it was an extremely unforgettable feeling of pulling it out.

Do not recommend. Not worth the money. Upset that I tipped for what must be a health...

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!! Don’t eat here!! I have tried 3x to get a correct or decent meal and I give up. I went on 9-01-2023 and ordered $75 worth of food and was disgusted again!! Like I said this is the 3rd and final try. My order was wrong plus not correct on what I ordered. My daughter didn’t get what she ordered plus I wanted something removed from my order and it wasn’t. Plus I received a bone in with the chicken chimichanga that hurt my mouth. I called to talk to a manager and the drive thru guy wouldn’t let me talk to the manager until I told him the problem. I don’t want to repeat my story again when the manager comes to the phone. Since when is a customer denied talking to a manager?? No offense but your just the drive thru person….can u really do anything for me……MOST LIKELY NOT! So I want the manager….NOT U!! I can tell u that I’m done trying with this pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Save yourself the headache and money…go somewhere else!! TRUST ME!! THEIR AWFUL...

Past 3-4 times I've visited haven't received order as given. Most recently last evening at drive through took literally 3 attempts to get order correct, then had to wait exactly 26 minutes in drive thru with only one car ahead of me. Once I was at window girl confirmed my order of a #9 carne asada plate with no cheese, a order of carne asada fries no guacamole and 3 rolled tacos with cheese and guac. My order was $31 and change my receipt did not indicate the no cheese part of #9 but girl verified verbally no cheese. I got order was tired of being held up so long in first place so I stupidly drove off not checking only to get home in the counties to find #9 plate as ordered, 3 rolled tacos as ordered and a burritos of some sort that was in place of missing asada fries. Seriously $31 for three items and they couldn't get it right. My god last time I will visit, will plan on throwing my money into the trash instead. Thanks...
