They were ordering from a tablet, standing right next to the regular ordering speaker, "to give them more time to fill the order". (No logic there.). I wanted the breakfast platter with no pancakes. The young man had difficulty understanding that and wanted me to "just give them away". I had to explain that I am allergic to the pancakes and couldn't have them touching the other food. So he tried to order the eggs, sausage, and hash browns separately, which would have cost "a little more" so I had to forcefully say, "just order number 27 with no pancakes ". Then he wanted to know if I wanted syrup, lol. (THIS is the future of America?) That all being said, after having to "park it", my food was delivered to my car by a pleasant young woman, who graciously waited while I checked to make sure my order was correct. It was. (This being Yuma, it is best to not leave ANY fast food drive-thru without checking, because 30% of the time it is not right.) The food was VERY good, freshly cooked and hot. So, in spite of the circumstances, I can recommend this particular...
Read moreIt was almost empty. Maybe another couple besides me and my 3 children. 7 tables with alot of trash. Crazy looking woman outside our window standing acting weird. No lids for small cups. I had to get some from underneath the counter for my kids. Alot of homeless looking people inside with alot of bags. Not kid friendly at all (4:30pm 09/09/24) service was excellent. Food was good. Cashier was 'Drishna' she understood my complicated order and was very nice . i also want to include that a majority of the issues is beyond anyones control. Its not jack in the box's fault. The area is a prime location for people coming into town and live Very close by. The food is always good and the customer service is awesome. I just wasnt happy mostly with the people hanging outside the window we were eating at while i had my children. And maybe i was having a bad day and decided to post this. It doesnt discourage me from...
Read moreThis place is absolutely disrespectful in every way that fast food chains can be. This incident happened a week ago, and at this point, I’m not just angry about the staff mixing up my order—I’m rightfully upset that they accused me of lying. They claimed they didn’t see the receipt for what they charged me in the bag and then threw random change onto the counter, telling me to "get the hell out" after I asked for a minimal refund for the original order.
It only got worse when the assistant manager threatened to call the cops on me for simply saying that the receipt was in the bag and asking them to check it again. They refused to do so. If you’re like me and you’re ever treated this way in any customer service situation, my advice is to ask for a full refund and leave as quickly as possible—because this place is not worth sticking around for, even if you're hungry.
FYI, this another repost of...
