Dunkin' — Restaurant in Zanesville

We go to dunkins almost every sunday. This sunday the cashier we had was clearly new and didn't know how ring items in, but nobody seemed to want to help her either. Also I'm not sure why but most of the employees were in what looked like pajamas as opposed to some kind of uniform. They looked like they just crawled out of bed. Our drinks were good and came out quick however we never got our donuts. After waiting a little bit I went back to the counter to ask and everyone just blamed our cashier who finally got our donuts. I am one that I've worked at fast food, and get being busy. But there has been several times now I have ordered about 15 minutes ahead and STILL wait when I walk inside because my order is behind the counter. I try to get the crews attention but most of them are too busy chatting amongst each other and gossiping. I get glances but nothing other than that. Every morning I stop by it is like this. That and the drive always wrapped around the building because of how slow it can be. Better off going in the afternoon I always seem to get better...
