Order online & everything was messed up. Paid for a family chicken pasta, a family marinara, a meaty calzone, & a personal pan pizza, which we meant to be a large. What the delivered was a half a chicken past & marinara with a supreme calzone with our accidental personal pizza. Called in to let them know our order was messed up & at the time, was not aware that the pizza we paid for was indeed a personal but also wasnt corrected about it & was just told they would deliver the missing for & wrong size pizza. My gf & I did have errands to run & advised them to just leave the food at the door since we were already pulling out but they were being weird so I went & got the food from the delivery person even tho this is a contact less delivery. Called back to let them know we did not receive the pizza which is when we found out that the order was accidentally placed for a pan not a large. Now this is where everything went south. It was an honest mistake on our end just like it was an honest mistake the gave us the wrong calzone & only half our pasta. The person we were speaking to was incredibly rude about the whole situation, so we asked to speak to a manager. She informed us that she was & then proceeds to over talk my gf & myself while not letting either of us speak. I tell her that I just want my large pan pizza ill pay for the difference & ILL PICK IT UP. Shes still not listening & telling us that the pizza was placed for a personal which we are over at this point. We, the customer, made a mistake & she wants to just focus on that. At which point I told her its not cool to just over speak the customer & cut us off when we're speaking. That's horrible customer service. I also advised its a mistake. We get it. It was OUR mistake. But miss perfect wanted to completely over look that they messed up to & that I could provide proof cuz they delivered a messed up or & I'd gladly take it to them & show them. She then told me she's not dealing with this & hung up. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how a "manager" treats...
Read moreI'd give 0 stars if I could. Recently ordered pick up, picked up the food and went to the car. Noticed we didn't get the dipping sauce we asked for. Went back into the store to ask about the sauce and they stated they were out. This was for the cheese bite and ranch flight pizza. THE WHOLE REASON WE ORDERED it was for the sauce. They could have let us know this when we placed the order, or at least when we got there to pay..not AFTER we paid. And had to go back into the store. Once we got home, checked the food, the pizza was terrible looking. The bites were hard and not even filled with cheese hardly. Looked like it sat out for hours. Tried to eat it anyway, it was absolutely disgusting. Bread sticks were hard, and the wings I wouldn't even feed my dog. This was by far the worst experience we had. Called the store multiple times and did not get an answer. Unfortunately I was not able to return to the store due to having to go to work. Called the next day and was told a manager would call me. It's been over a week and no call. Only an email from someone pretty much saying sorry and they would tell the store. That's it. I definitely probably won't be back. Waisted money on food that wasn't even edible and no one fixing the issue is terrible customer...

The value for what we ordered ….2 Lg 1 topping pizzas, a double breadstick, 8 boneless wings, and an order of cheese sticks was poor I feel. Our bill was 70.00! The menus have no pricing, but when we order take out, it’s half this price! The dine in experience was poor. The restaurant appeared very dirty. All of the windows including interior were filthy. The salad bar ( which was not open at this time) was filthy. There were smudgy greasy fingerprints all over the glass. There was a portable Bluetooth record player sitting on salad bar playing music. It looked very tacky! The bathrooms were unkempt, we had to wipe the sticky chairs before we sat down, we were not given any silverware, the condiment shakers were sticky, and the service was mediocre.
