McDonald's — Restaurant in Zanesville

I've been here many times. Service is often pretty slow, but it never stood out as something to review. Our visit today was so bad though I feel it needs reviewed. My husband and I stopped to dine in. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. The staff seemed very friendly and were not dismissive with us as others have posted about. They bring the food to your table for every dine in order. I found that silly. It's fast food. Then when I unwrapped my burgers, both had no meat in them just 2 buns with cheese and toppings. My husband took them back up. The manager and workers were surprised and quickly got 2 burgers with meat to him as well as cookies for the trouble. They were cold and not made well, but it's McDonald's so I don't expect much. They also brought a bag to the table shortly after saying they accidentally made 2 more. That was very nice, but those 2 were also not made correctly as they had toppings I had requested not be on the burger. This was all I ate all day and within 2 hours I was sick and feverish. I had to leave work due to what can only be a food poisoning issue. Since this is the only place I had any food from in the day, I would imagine that caused it. I was just there today and had an incredibly unprofessional experience. I even called and spoke to “a manager”. The individual I spoke with on the phone tried to rush me off as fast as possible. All I was trying to do was inform her of an employee who was being incredibly unprofessional upfront, he was taking money with no name tag on so I could not provide the name. I gave a very nice description and also informed this individual that I do have a video of the altercation between him and another employee that was so loud and abrasive that every other person there definitely heard it. While I was talking to the manager on the phone she seemed as though she didn’t care at all and was completely fine with him doing all of this. She even gave me his name when I was able to describe his entire life to her because thats all he was doing (talking about his life). At that point I decided it’s probably better for me to call in next day around 11 AM when a store manager is present instead of speaking to the person who clearly didn’t think it was a big deal to let one employee degrade another employee in that manner and in front of customers!!!! Worst Mcdonalds ever deserves no stars. They dont know how to make a sandwich and will give you the wrong one and then you get your order you have to check the bag because they will give you the wrong stuff. Then when you get the wrong stuff you get told to pull up only for then to make you wait another 10 minutes after you waited in line for 10 minutes. Then you go into the store and have to tell the counter the order was wrong but they are too busy doing orders for the drivethru you realize you should have not pulled your car up and instead sat at the window until they made the sandwich right but there was a long line of people waiting. So at the counter you yell where is the sandwich. Someone comes to you because you are yelling. Then you tell them what you wanted and what they did wrong after they took the sticker off the sandwich they should have known what your order was. Then they go make it and give you another wrong sandwich order. Then you tell them it isn't right and then you finally get your sandwich you wanted after waiting 30 minutes. Don't go there, drive further to the next one where they will make your sandwich better and you wont have to get out of your car and go into the store to make them make it right.
