Me and my friend were getting a bite to eat through the Wendys drive through. Located 3400 Sheridan Zion, IL 11/26/18. We got our order and went home. Once we got home we started eating I noticed my sandwich that comes with bacon did not have bacon which was the reason why I ordered that sandwich, so I was already upset. Not to mention the food had horrible taste the chicken had a bland old taste. So then my friend took couple bites out of her sandwich and mentioned that she though she bit into the "fat part" of the chiken. She didnt want to spit it out infront of the kids so she just swallowed it. I slept over her house that night. Get to find out, in the morning, she had been sick all night with no sleep. She was in the toilet and throwing up fealing nauseous. In the morning, she's not fealing any better, she goes to throw up again. She sees something "metal like" in the toilet. It was the eraser of a wooden pencil with the metal part still in it! We went back to Wendy's and explained to them what happened. We spoke to a manager named Nicole and she assured us that it was the manufacturing. My friend that swallowed the metal eraser is taking blood thinners. If the metal part of the eraser would have cut her insides she would have bled out and most likely died. This is a serious problem. Read moreThis was the worst service ever. Are usually don’t write bad reviews, because everyone is entitled to an off day. However, this was so bad I can’t help but let others know. In the drive-through it must’ve taken a minimum of 20 minutes. We were the fourth car in line. When we got to place our order we’re here can I help you and naturally I go ahead and start my order. I was immediately told to hold on. Which was I’m going to guess between four and six minutes. When I gave my order I had to do it numerous times. I requested a couple of extra bags because it was going to three different locations. When they packed up the order, they literally put one item in each bag. When I was trying to secure the bag, the lady in the window, who had her back turned to us the entire time we were waiting was like here holding the drinks. I said I’ve waited for you this long. You can give me a minute now, please. when I turned around and took the drink holder, I realized they had shorted us a drink. She open the window and went what at which point I let her know we were missing a drink. When she finally managed to hand it to me I asked her what it was, and I got all the snide remarks about well they’re all marked. So no, I would not recommend this place and the only thing I would recommend is that these employees actually be trained and be required to have some minimum degree of customer...

He ordered at 1:03p.m. I arrived at Wendy's at 1:06p.m. I finally got to the speaker at 1:28p.m I told them I was there for an UberEATS order I told them it was a large strawberry lemonade. I finally got to the window at 1:35 where I explained who I was and what I was picking up. I then watched three employees talk to each other looking very confused. Finally at 1:48 I was handed the large drink! Yes you read that right I waited 13 minutes for a large drink! I don't like being this rude but I know for sure that they gave the jobs out to people who are not very smart and who do not have any pride at all while doing their job. No one there has any sense of urgency or any comprehension of customer service. They seriously need to close this location or restaff entirely including managers.
