ZoGo's Sports Grill & Video Gaming — Restaurant in Zion

Nice bar and grill to go to.. One of the places that locals come often to and I know that we try to go there once a month when we're at the cancer center there in Zion, just off of off Sheridan Rd. Food is good, a bit greasy at times, but to be expected as it's typical bar and grill menu..The WINGS are good, but get them dry fried with the sauce on side unless you like your wings to be swimming in the sauce.. Not kidding.. Burgers are pretty good and they make a really good Italian Beef.. You can add different toppings to your italian beef or it just comes with the mozz cheese on it.. They have pretty good Wisconsin Cheese Curds. I wish they had a few more choices on the menu, but its the typical menu of sports bar menus. The restaurant could use some updates to the inside and a little more , and a bit more organized.. The servers are going thru a few changes, but still has the 1 very good waitress and they just hired the server we had a 5 weeks ago.. She was very nice, but needed another person there to help her, because she got a little flustered when it became a little busy. One of the owners was there, trying to help, but in my opinion, he needed to put on a pair of rollerskates to help her a little faster.. He was very nice, but he needed to help out more.. They only had that 1 server working and 3 tables came in all at once.. I would have gotten flustered too.. Anyway, this is a good spot to have a quick bite of some bar and grill food.. And like more and more restaurants they have a small back room with slot machines for your enjoyment, plus if you play the slots while dining in you get your soft drinks and tea free for that visit.. IDK IF ITS FREE ALCOHOL TOO OR NOT!! So make sure you ask before you begin playing the slots unless you don't mind paying for ur drinks.. Another negative is that there is a very steep ramp to get up to door of restaurant entrance.. I have to have my wife help me, because of this reason.. And their parking lot needs some repairs and new painted slots in...

I wish I can give less than 1 star because of how bad this place is.

Do not go here unless you wanna get food sick. I've dined here a few times and I can tell you the amount of things I have seen.

First off, RATS. Lots of rats around this place. I'm sure not many notice it but that's because the owner wants to make sure you don't see it. I have seen a few rats run underneath the booths while I am eating. It seems they been having RAT problems for a long time yet they don't do nothing to fix it.

Second off, certain foods has MOLD and is rotten. I recently ordered a BURGER as to go and after a few bites, I noticed that the meat tasted heavily rotten. As if the meat was expired months ago.

Third off, the heat in that place. Although it recently got fixed but before that, the owner didn't seem to care much about fixing the AC inside the place. During the very hot days, that place was extremely hot to the point I decided to LEAVE as soon as I entered that place.

Lastly, the owner truly doesn't seem to care about their workers who work there. I give them props for even still working at that job but the owner does a "good" job at hiding the bad things from US, customers, while the workers know the truth. I will not be dining here anymore and never coming to this place ever again.

I am truly SURPRISED how the health department hasn't came to inspect this place at all. Therefore I will be making my REPORT to them! I'll come back once this place...

I used to go to Zogos a few times a week. Michelle & Cassandra always gave good service. About 2 years ago there started to be what seemed a new cook and servers every few weeks and the food and service was hit or miss. The last year and a half the service has been not so great so i’d stop going for a while then say I’ll go to Zogos and see how things are now. I was just there Oct 15. The blond lady with the glasses sat me asked what I wanted to drink then walked away. Here comes the other server, darker hair with glasses and took my order. She brought my soup which was barely lukewarm and then my entree. She left the restaurant about 15 minutes later. I couldn’t finish my meal and I wanted a refill on my soda. I sat there over 40 minutes while the blond and the other server walked around me serving everyone else but looked right at me. I even motioned for them but was completely ignored . I just left my money and the rest of my food on the table and left. Let me add that blond lady was talking to some people that were sitting at the big round table upfront pretty much the whole time insat there trying to get someone’s attention for a box and the check. She actually did come outside and asked me if the other girl gave me my check. That was it I will never ever go back to...
