“The experience was amazing! The food was absolutely incredible, and the freshly baked bread was such a nice touch—warm, soft, and so tasty. Everything was clean and well-kept, which made the atmosphere really inviting.

I went for the lamb chops, and they were totally worth the price. The portions were big enough that we were all super full by the end of the meal, so none of us even thought about ordering dessert. The fries were a standout too—crispy, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned.

The service was good overall, and the atmosphere really made it feel special—cozy but still lively. That said, the staff were a little confusing at times, like they weren’t always on the same page about our order, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Pros: The starters of chorizo sausage and baked potato were very good. The Bife de Chorizo and all the side dishes we had (fries and mixed salad) plus the house wine (sexy fish, France) were very good. The restaurant was extremely busy, even on a Wednesday evening.

Cons: The lamb chops were disappointing. They were very tough and overcooked. We sat near the back of the restaurant with a spare table for 2 in the corner. Multiple guests were offered this table next to us, sat down and then moved as it was very cramped. The service was the worst we have received in Uruguay, which really lets the restaurant down. Been here twice, on both occasions the meat was tasteless and overcooked. (My personal tip ask them to make it rare - it will still be made to medium and request fling salt to add some flavour). The provoleta and sausage with cheese are good - starters. Sides: fries are terrible, mash potato even worse.
