It was an amazing Italian restaurant, the food was better than most Italian restaurant I have eaten at but it was slightly below my expectations. The atmosphere and environment of the area was fabulous. All the staff were very kind and eager to help. The prices were a pretty high but not over the roof. Even the complementary bread was amazing. The overall experience was unforgettable, especially for me, as everything was clean and sanitary to the smallest details, for example most restaurants don't bother keeping their menu clean and appealing, but this one had a menu neater than any menu i had seen before. So over all a pretty good restaurant especially seeing that it's in Da Nang, Vietnam. The Don Cipriani's Restaurant (inside the 5 Stars Furama Resort) it's definitely a gem within the Italian cuisine scene in Da Nang.

I have been living in Da Nang for a few years and I finally had a good occasion to visit it in June 2023 with my family.

Within a sumptuous setting, we gained a memorable dining experience thanks to a very well refined menu', with plenty of delicious options from Pasta with Truffle, all the way down to some incredible freshly made Tiramisu'!

A very attentive service and and a carefully selected wine list completed a truly perfect dinner.

Highly recommended for a fancy night...

Very tasty pizza. I’m very particular about Neapolitan pizza crust, and their dough is good— The right mix of chewy, crisp, thick(and thin)ness and taste. Sauce also very good.

One suggestion, if someone is ordering pizza, which is essentially a lot of bread, something other than bread might be recommended to bring out as an appetizer, or at least something to accompany the bread? Whole olives might be nice?
