🍕 Gordon’s New York Pizza – Da Nang
If you’ve been craving an authentic New York–style pizza in the heart of Da Nang, Gordon’s is the spot where your search happily ends. From the moment you walk in, the place gives off a relaxed, friendly vibe — the kind that makes you want to sit back, enjoy, and maybe even stay for that “one more slice” you swore you wouldn’t order.
The Pizza: The crust is the star here — thin, perfectly crisp at the edges, yet still soft and foldable in the true New York tradition. The toppings are generous without being overwhelming, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Whether you go for a classic pepperoni, a loaded meat lover’s, or a veggie option, the flavors are balanced and satisfying.
The Sauce & Cheese: The tomato sauce is tangy with just the right hint of sweetness, while the mozzarella stretches and melts in that irresistible way that makes every bite Instagram-worthy.
Portions & Price: The slices are huge — one or two are enough for a quick bite, but you’ll definitely be tempted to order a full pie to share. Prices are reasonable considering the size and authenticity.
Service: The staff is warm and attentive, happy to make recommendations, and quick to serve — you feel like a welcome guest rather than just another customer.
Vibe: It’s casual, cozy, and perfect for both a laid-back dinner with friends or a solo comfort-food session.
Final Verdict: If you love pizza that’s bold in flavor and true to the New York style, Gordon’s is easily one of the best in Da Nang. Definitely worth a visit… and a repeat! 🍕✨

Read moreTried to give Gordon’s the benefit of the doubt — turns out, third time’s not the charm. First delivery? Not bad. Second? Mostly crust with a hint of toppings. Third? Basically a bread circle with ambitions. The pizzas started coming with more and more crust, and less of everything else. Then I talked on the phone, upon his own request, to the owner and I was finally invited to the shop to “fix things” — the owner set it up, then just… didn’t show. 😵
When I finally made it there, the pizza looked so sad I didn’t even bother taking a bite it was all crust and it seemed all a joke cause we were specifically speaking about it on the phone, and how he had to change all his kitchen staff cause they were running short on ingredients and leaving too big crusts. As you can see the pizza is almost 60% crust. The place didn’t help — dirty plates, messy counter, zero attention to detail. Not exactly the warm, artisanal experience the name might suggest. I was only one person and I ordered pizza and a second 🍝 pasta plate. I specified not to bring all together cause I know I am in Asia but even tho they brought it all together 🤦🏽♂️
If you’re into crust, chaos, and broken promises, this might just be your spot. Otherwise, you’re better off elsewhere.
It’s disappointing, because the concept had potential, but consistency and customer care are key — and unfortunately, both were missing here. A classic tourist trap a very touristic place taking advantage of being the very few offering this kind of food but it’s not worth it, I don’t recommend it, and yes, the reviews you see here many of them are not real another classic...
