Let me start by saying my husband and I had an amazing time while staying at Holiday Beach. I am going to do a pro's and con's for everyone because there are many great thing but also things to be improved.|Pro's:|The pool is amazing, water warm in the afternoon after hot days, and the shade out of the beating sun at 2pm is a welcome after a day out or on the beach.|The beach club is by far the best feature of this hotel, we spent many days there.|The room (Junior Suite) is a reasonable size for a couple.|The location can not be beat so close to bars and restaurants, and small shops etc.|The staff are all friendly.|The shower in our room was fantastic, great pressure and consistent heat.|The bed is comfortable but very soft and way to small (only a double I think) ||Con's:|The breakfast while adequate had nothing but cold dishes everyday, need to improve the rotation of dishes as they don't change much.|The service at the pool bar is very slow as most drinks usually come from the bar across the road. They did improve on this by making them at the pool during our stay but still slow and quality inconsistent. (They did serve some great cocktails just not always the same quality)|The service at the beach club is very slow and was a struggle to get service at times, the drinks were also inconsistent in quality. (They did serve some great cocktails just not always the same quality)|The power outlets in the room were in awkward places, not user friendly.|They need to have umbrellas for all their beds at the beach is was very difficult to get a bed with an umbrella and its far to hot without one.||Hope this helps anyone who like us loves to relax by the pool and beach with some great cocktails/beers etc. Overall we loved our stay here and will definitely be back its not 5 star more 4 in my opinion but we...

Our stay at Holiday Beach Hotel Da Nang was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located right by the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean from both the rooms and the bar.
The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with modern touches. The bed was super comfortable, and waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a rain shower and a well-stocked mini-fridge.
One of the highlights was the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were always ready with a smile, and their attention to detail was top-notch. They even provided us with beach towels and to make our time by the water even more enjoyable.
For breakfast, there was an excellent selection of both local and international dishes. I particularly loved the freshly made pho and the assortment of tropical fruits.
Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently close to many of Da Nang’s attractions, including Marble Mountains and My Khe Beach. It's also just a short drive away from Hoi An, which was perfect for a day trip.
Overall, Holiday Beach Hotel Da Nang offered an unforgettable experience, combining excellent service, breathtaking views, and a prime location. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang! I would like to give thanks to the following staff from desk: Chi, Quyen and Hien thank...

They consistently go above and beyond to assist guests, which unfortunately highlights the contrast with the property itself. The hotel is unfortunately located in a dated building which definitely has seen better days. While rated as 5 stars, it maintains a standard that is no longer current by any international measure. The superior rooms are quite small and basic - I was fortunately upgraded to a suite that had a better view and was of a decent size, though still underwhelming for the category. The rooms lack essential amenities like a proper desk for working. The soundproofing isnt great and the busy road clearly audible throughout the day and night. I had to wear ear plugs just to sleep. Breakfast was adequate but the selection limited, with few options changing day to day. For a supposed luxury property, the dining experience falls notably short. The pool is awkwardly situated on the ground floor and next to a very busy main road, making it an unpleasant place to relax with constant traffic noise and occasional exhaust fumes. The private beach across the road is fortunately better. Overall this is an old hotel that tries hard through its excellent staff but really needs a full revamp to justify its classification and pricing. There are significantly better...
