Highlands Coffee 517 Trần Hưng Đạo — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Sorry, I don't want to sound negative.But Highlands is really the worst, and it is puzzling me, how come it is so crowded.

Today, I wanted to use Highland because somebody gave me a 100 k voucher as it gift.

After waiting around seven minutes , in line with only one person in front of me (wow), I ordered my coffee and presented the voucher. It took a swap of staff and a phone call for them to know how to deal with it. Good morning!

Finally, I was handed my receipt. Asking for what about the remainder of my voucher, given that the coffee I was buying was only 55k, I was informed that the remainder is simply lost. Wow again!

I don't actually believe that this is the case, but this is what I was presented with.

Because of an employee I didn't want to even stay there, when I walked in cashier asked me if I'm customer. I just wanted to use washroom before order, but she says wc is customer only, I understand that I'm not stupid to just use and not get their service, but I don't know what she was doing, because I have beard and I'm big guy she was being racist? I don't know what her assumption was but don't go this location if you look a bit different. I was expecting better customer service from highland employees. BTW she is small with glasses who stay on second...

Sad The place is really nice view but are busy place. But why only 2 stars. Well busy place but only 3 staffs are working. Can't be fast enough to serve this many of plp. Have to wait like over 20 mins for my cappuccino. Plus my cappuccino is not hot enough. When I got out and sat down and saw the outdoor speaker plug are exposed to the rain while I'm sitting under the umbrella. Scary moment. Worry to go back to this...
