It’s a simple Highlands Coffee store with outside, higher, and lower seating area which honestly is able to accomadate quite a few people and is decently spread out. The whole area is quite clean and the staff seem to be on top of cleaning up cups, plates, silverwear, tables, etc, after the customers have left.
I got the Chicken and Cheese banh mi and it was quite tasty. I stayed for a couple hours to work on my computer and found the enviornment quite nice. There are a handful of plug-ins so it’s very useful if you’re coming by yourself, studying with classmates, or with colleagues and have a computer/s.
They’ve got a nice selection of coffees, teas, little sweet & savory snacks/cakes, and such so you have a diverse selection to choose from. The location is also quite decent as it’s near the Han Market, Da Nang Cathedral, restaurants, other touristy stuff, and is also connected with the...
Read moreI visited Highland Coffee in Indochina Mall for a quick break and I had an average experience. The location was good, as it was in a busy and convenient mall with many shops and entertainment options. The customer service was also good, as the staff was polite and attentive, and they served my order quickly and correctly. The coffee was decent, but not outstanding. It was hot and fresh, but it lacked flavor and aroma. I also tried their banh mi, which was okay, but not very filling or satisfying. The price was reasonable, but not very cheap. The ambiance was nice, but not very cozy or relaxing. It was noisy and crowded, and the music was too loud. The wifi was fast and reliable, but the outlets were limited and hard to find. The overall experience was not bad, but not great either. It was...

The store manager (woman in black in photo) displayed appalling customer service, scowling as she dismissed my simple request for a small cup of hot water to temper their overly sweet coffee. Without seeking permission, she brusquely seized my coffee and diluted it to her preference. As the store's manager, one would anticipate a basic understanding of customer service, a quality sorely lacking in her demeanor.
Moreover, the venue is excessively crowded and cacophonous, rendering any attempt at meaningful conversation with friends futile. I strongly advise steering clear of this establishment and opting for one of Da Nang's numerous superior coffee shops; this store is undoubtedly among the city's least...
