On that day, I went to order for my lunch with the recommended menu, the 1st one on the left side of the menu page. I ate it immediately once I arrived in my room (5 mins). The taste is like a subway sandwich feeling, not Bahn mi due to the sauce. I'm okay with the taste but after that in the evening I felt not good. I thought that I might eat too much and then my stomach ached and vomited a lot. 🤢 it ruined my last evening in Vietnam. I couldn't eat anything just laid on the bed. Fortunately, I brought some carbon pills from my home. I went to the toilets many times since the late evening until midnight. The next day I had to carry myself to the airport for my flight.
