I don't understand how they can be the biggest fast food chain in Vietnam given what you get for your Dong.

Mozzarella burger was decent. While the patty itself was thin & underwhelming with little taste the mozzarella was crispy & gooey. But then the cheese almost doubled the burger price.

Fried chicken was crispy & tasty, though it could be juicier. My soft drink was full of ice.

Shake potato with cheese was so so. The fries while fresh were not crispy enough, undersalted & slightly moist. The cheese powder tasted decent (quite sweet) but there was too little so it didn't coat the fries properly.

I had been here dine here many times, even given them 5 star rating on my previous visit.. But this time the service was completely horrible, i got my food after 15 minutes, the rice was not cooked properly, only one staff was taking the order meanwhile the manager and some staff were having chat without taking care the customer. Hey this a fast food, so you get what you came for. I had the most delicious chicken sandwich. I did have to wait a bit but at least I know it’s cook fresh and it was very hot and perfect.
