I usually go to PokeWow, but my friends recommended Rainbowl so I decided to give it a try. In PokeWow they usually accept the order when I enter, and then cook it 5-7 min. After 15 min of eating I can run back to work, so it is a great option for fast dinner. But when I came to Rainbowl at 18:15 and ordered at 18:18, I had an illusion that my order is cooking. However, only at 18:33 I saw a message that they have accepted the order. What the hell? If you are using this system with QRs, pay attention to your orders! Wouldn't it be accepted immediately if I call a waiter? I thought that it will be faster through QR because I send directly to the kitchen. At 18:40 I have realised that I need to go at 18:50 for working meeting, and have no time to eat (my order still was not ready). I asked to pack my order take away and went home hungry at 18:45 😭 30 min to cook a poke guys, this is way too long. And I had not even eat it( In PokeWow it would take 6 times less.

P.S. Thanks to the answer from the restaurant I decided to give them another chance, and during my other visits it was much faster. Guess it was just unlucky day for me) Their poke is fresh, and now they are even serving free miso soup with soft tofu, I am visiting it now...
