Wow this restaurant is just so good and delivers as one of a few authentic Italien cuisine at a reasonable price!🤌🏼🤌🏼
I've came there as a single person because I was craving a good pizza and was not disappointed ! 😍🍕I didn't have had authentic Italian pizza since almost 2 years because of my studies in China where their pizza is all but authentic 🥲😆 So my standards were not so high for a restaurant in Asia, but my goodness I was surprised!!
First of all despite me just being a single person, they kept the tradition with serving bread before the actual course. The walnut bread was super delicious and the olive oil made it perfect!
For the pizza I choose a half/half of Diavola and Prosciutto which you can do for free and I can just recommend😍 The pizza was very thin and had an incredible fluffly crust! The prosciutto and the was very delicious as well as the spicy Diavola. The only thing that would make the pizza a 10/10 would have been, if they added more tomato sauce to the dough in order to taste the Tomate flavour, because I almost got none of that🙈 But that is just complaining on a high level😂
The waiters are very friendly and serving with a smile on their face😁 And the service is 👍🏼😃 Prices are also reasonable, especially if you consider it is authentic!!
Because I was so intrigued and pleasantly surprised by the pizza, I also went to the bakery beside it, and their bakery stuff is also just top-tier! You can taste that they know their craftsmanship. The flavours come well together and the nut Tarte e.g. is very caramelly, buttery and just so delicious!
I just recommend this restaurant and bakery, please come and...
Read moreWe've been to the bakery twice and absolutely loved it! Almost everything we tried was great: the bread, cookies, grissini, and brioche. We will definitely return for takeout, and I hope they consider offering deliveries soon. 🚚
_ As for the restaurant next door, I would skip it. I don’t know if it’s because I love Torino so much, but I had high expectations, and the experience was a total disappointment.
We had to ask if it was okay to sit down because it wasn't clear; they just handed us a menu in Vietnamese and waited for us to respond while we were excited to see the fresh pasta. When I asked if one of the dishes was vegetarian, the staff simply mentioned the bakery on the other side. When I asked for recommendations, she replied with "YES" but didn’t provide any further information. I don’t think she understood my questions Unfortunately, my pasta was undercooked (still white in the middle). The sauce was okay, but my stomach hurt after just a few bites, so I stopped eating it. No one even bothered to ask why I left it full. One of the main reasons I love good Italian restaurants is the atmosphere, but it just wasn’t there, unfortunately. They don't have wines here
I know this place recently reopened, so I hope it improves soon. Personally I won’t be going back to the restaurant. Only...
Read moreAn Italian restaurant which also has a bakery next door. What we ordered: Velutata di zucchini gamberi, Quattro Stagioni pizza, Linguine al frutti đi mare and Tagliatelle con Sugo Bolognese e funghi porcini. Strawberry smoothie and beer. Cream of pumpkin & shrimp soup (Velutata di zucca gamberi) is smooth, rich in flavour but not heavy. A good start. It's 5* 4 season pizza (Quattro Stagioni pizza). The dough is crispy, spongy, not soggy. It's the only place we found so far in Da Nang that serves good pizza with very good dough. It's 5* Homemade Tagliatelle con Sugo Bolognese e funghi porcini (traditional Italian pasta) is homemade fresh pasta in meat sauce. It's good and tasty, but it'd be better with some grated cheese. We gave 4.7* Linguine al frutti di mare (Linguine hải sãn). A wider noodle than spaghetti that is served with fresh seafood (squid, mussels, and shrimp). The sauce is not as thick as in Tagliatelle, but that doesn't diminish the flavour. It's also needs some grated cheese. 4.8*
We think the food is very good but needs some grated cheese & dried chili in some dishes. These condiments are not readily offered, so one might have to ask.
Overall, we think Torino restaurant serves very good Italian food using fresh...
