Situated on the corner of a small road, beside a grand cathedral, lies this hidden gem; Kiyo Dalat offers a cozy atmosphere for those interested in Japanese cuisine and imaginative cocktail creations. Around the walls, authentic Japanese spirits are displayed amongst other decorative features, the soft lighting creates an intimate environment perfect for drinking with friends or even a causal date. The bar operates fully on weekends, with weekday availability dependent on customer reservations. Unlike other bars, there is no set menu for alcoholic beverages, rather they are artistically crafted by a charismatic bartender - who tailors each drink to one’s personal taste. This place was a recommendation from a close friend of mines, and it did not disappoint. Definitely a place to visit for those who want a quiet night out with great food and even...

Ordered a classic old fashion which was on the stronger side. Drink was still well balanced which I thoroughly enjoyed. Subsequently ordered a bespoke cocktail, which was similar to the old fashioned. Bartender mixed up a cold brew like cocktail which tasted equally amazing. The ramen was amazing, as with the rolled pork belly and edamame. The drinks do not have a menu and they make them based on your preferences, and they were DELICIOUS. So good! Our kids loved the ramen especially, they got the Miso ramen. Staff was very kind and helpful, especially to us as the menu was in all Vietnamese and when Google translate created a mix-up with the menu, they were very kind and fixed it. There is amazing greenery and seating. Come...
