Had breakfast here as it was the busiest place on this street. Ordered the bun cha with nem. The pork was freshly barbecued on the grill while the nem (hanoi spring rolls) were quickly fried. The order came with a generous portion of vermicelli noodle, fresh herbs, and lettuce. Make sure you come in the morning when it is busy and you get freshly made portions.
