Bun Cha — Restaurant in Hà Nội

On the same day that I visited the eatery that Obama had dinner with Anthony Bourdain's, I went to this place randomly. They served the same type of food. It was heaven. Small dishes but as long as you aren't a fat-bodied American with the tummy like a barrel about to explode, this place's good portions will suffice with people of an educated stomach. Prices are very low, and the photo I posted doesn't make any justice to the quality of taste because I'd already shared. Only bad thing, is the green veggies temp inside the spring rolls, it should be cold and crisp for full experience. However, deep it in the vinegary sauce for an orgasm experience. Tip, order 2 mugs, 1 full of ice so you keep the spare mug cold. Beer isn't very cold and warms very fast with the weather. This food however should be enjoyed with a cold Riesling, or even more sophisticated go with a fino for above...

Small, simple and good. I only had the bun cha. The size was average and the notable aspects were very fresh greens. The broth was a little below average and I like less carrots...
