My friend and I visited the café in the evening and left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The inside of the shop was quite humid due to the summer heat, and when we asked if they could turn on the air conditioning, the staff seemed hesitant, explaining that it’s usually only used during the daytime. It felt like they didn’t think two customers were enough to warrant switching it on. At the time, there were only a few other patrons, all of whom chose to sit outside, likely to avoid the heat inside and catch some fresh air.
We followed suit and sat outdoors, but ended up getting swarmed by mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the fan behind us was making a strange buzzing noise, almost like there was an electrical issue, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unsettling. There were a few nice spots for taking photos, but overall, the nighttime vibe lacked the charm or energy we were hoping for, perhaps it’s more lively and comfortable during the day.
