Guild Coffee & Cocktail — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I barely give bad reviews as you can see in my profile. We just left this bar, drinks were fine and for this reason a two star review instead of one.

After the bartender recommended to make a G&T with less alcohol, as they don't serve non alcoholic beverages, we were surprised when the bill was presented. 350K for a G&T that should have had just a little bit of gin, gentlemen at the bar who shared he was on holiday, didn't care about my feedback at all. Payed full bill while staff was just laughing about it, they didn't even know the origin of their products also.

It will be absolutely honest feedback. We ordered 3 cocktails. Mine was good, but cocktails my friends were so baaad. And you know, they offered us to change it. They just made for my friends new good cocktails. I think it’s example of good service- yes you can make mistakes (everyone does it) but the most important how you try to fix it. The service at this bar was exceptional. The staff here are truly passionate about what they do. You can quickly tell whether a bar is just pumping out cocktails or if there are people working with a genuine passion for bartending—here, it's definitely the latter.
