Luna Beef Steak — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Be aware!!!!Please find yourself another place to eat. Me and my wife came to eat and they did not give us correct order. The food they gave us was not finished and tasted disscusting! We got diaréa when we came back to the hotell. This was the only place we had eaten so could not be from somewhere else. We told them when we got the food it was wrong and not finished, but they refused to take it back and give us another order or the order we actually ordered! When we had finished eating the little we could manage they even refused to give us discount on the "food" that was so bad i wouldnt even give it to my dog... the only reason we didnt storm out the moment we got our food was because we had just arrived to Hanoi from travel and was waay to hungry to go anywhere else. Thanks a lot for ruining our stay in Hanoi. We had to lay all our days in the hotell and be good friends with the toilet. This restaurant is shady and have horrible customer service. and i cant belieave they are allowed...

Everything INSIDE the restaurent is good. Food is good Staff is good Accept credit cards, Not sparkling clean but quite clean.

Problem: you have to go to 285 Doi Can to park your bike, and the problem is the bike keepers there are not staffs of the restaurent, they will write a 3-digit code on your bike and won't never clean it even if being asked politely. I ate here 3 times and I got 3 uncleanable 3-digit codes on my bike, that I cannot clean by it by hot water and towel for months. They showed really impolite attitude with bad words. I was tasting added sugar in the spaghetti, steak is so tough, you'll wonder what kind of steak it is. Food is dirt cheap so it does a good job of filling your tummy. It's always crowded, so maybe they are a crowd pleaser and I'm just reacting negatively to the food there. However if the food was good, I'll tell you. But you'll have to try it yourself to make up your own mind. For me, I'll never step into Luna again to buy food.
