Hatchin Coffee — Restaurant in Hà Nội

We went when the cafe was really quiet - just us 2 and then one other customer- but still the staff forgot about the croissant we had ordered with our drinks. When I reminded them, they said sorry ok and then seemingly forgot / ignored it again, so we had to ask for a third time. When it eventually arrived (after we had finished our drinks) the croissant was burnt on top and cold underneath. Drinks were OK but nothing special, and there seems to be some confusion about the menu as it says oat milk is available but I was told it was only available in an espresso (ie. A coffee that typically has no milk in.....) All in all a disappointing visit and I won't...

Overall review of the restaurant: staff: unprofessional staff, space: small, quite noisy if there are many people, drink: not delicious, if not to say a bit bad compared to the general price. We arrived at the restaurant at around 8:20 pm, just looking at the menu, the staff said that they closed at 10 pm. While ordering, the staff talked very loudly about how to make drinks. Basically, the matcha powder should not be beaten that much... I found it very unprofessional and unsympathetic. That day, because the staff on the first floor were talking back and forth quite loudly, I went up to the second floor to check, and on the second floor there was a group of about 6-7 people sitting, talking quite loudly, so the space was noisier than the first floor. I ordered a matcha latte: it was bland, still powdery Later, I went up to ask for the wifi password, the staff told me to go to the counter to order and check it myself instead of telling me the password. If possible, I think the restaurant should improve first the service attitude of the staff. Hôm đấy vì tầng 1 các bạn nhân viên ns chuyện qua lại khá ồn nên mình lên tầng 2 xem sao thì tầng 2 đã có 1 nhóm bạn khoảng 6-7 bạn ngồi, nói chuyện khá to nên không gian ồn hơn tầng 1.
