Nhà Hàng God Zone — Restaurant in Hà Nội

We received terrible service from the female waitress during lunch on 26/5/24. She was on her phone most of the time. When we asked her to assist with the meat grilling as we had the baby with us, she declined and went back to her phone. Luckily, there was male waiter who was extremely helpful and friendly. He offered to help grill our meat and got us more ice, sauce, etc. There was only two tables that day.

When we asked to see the manager, the female waitress told us there’s no one on site and she doesn’t have a way to contact them either. We get it that managers don’t want to be there when there are not many guests but at the same time, quality of service should still be managed.

We won’t be coming back...

Unfortunately, our experience was not that great. There was a lot of time in between food coming to the table, while we only ordered a main course. My partner finished her plate before mine arrived. 1 of the 3 dishes did not come at all. I asked multiple times in between, but someone only took action after 30min. The kitchen made a mistake and served the dish incomplete. The waitress asked if it was okay, or to make it again. I asked to have a complete dish. This place is amazing. We went on the last night of our epic Vietnam adventure and both my son and I thought this was the best food we've had all holiday. The service was great and the food was excellent. Not too expensive for food or drink, and the atmosphere was great, with k-pop videos in the background but not too loud to speak to each other.
