Vegetarian Buffet Chay — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I'm sorry to write this review because I used to love this restaurant when I lived in Hanoi 3 years ago. Today I returned for the first time with my partner for the veg buffet, and while the food was fine, I saw two very large rats - one on a bench in the kitchen and another running around on the restaurant floor. None of the 3 women working seemed to notice.

The buffet food had been sitting uncovered for hours in the kitchen. I felt very sick and disgusted and left the restaurant immeadiately with my food half eaten. Honestly I'm worried i'm going to be truly ill tonight or tomorrow. While I know some restaurants in Vietnam have pest issues, I lived in Hanoi for 2 years and never saw anything like this.

I used to recommend this place to friends visiting/living in Hanoi - I will not do so again and will never be coming back to this...

Thank You So Much! Your vegan buffet was delicious, with a warm hearted gentle energy. The Best vegan food I've had in almost two years of Hanoi. Perfect balance of oily&spicy, not too heavy, not too light. I'm going to become a regular! I also appreciate a lot to see how well taken care of your dog is. People kind to animals make the world a better place. Today I had: rice with aubergine, mushrooms, two types of tofu, falafel and some veggie mix. Oh, and your homemade kombucha, so delicious and full of healty fermentation fiz. Thank You SO Much for your hard work. Deeply appreciated.

Five stars for the buffet food, service, and atmosphere! The portions are generous, and everything we tried was full of flavor. We paid 50,000 for rice with five selections of curries, vegetables, and sides—great value for money. The seating area is clean and welcoming, and they even offer a free tea drink.

I gave 3 stars because the food quality did not meet expectations when ordering from the menu. Additionally, using a microwave in the kitchen to heat our white steamed cakes was disappointing and felt inappropriate for the standard we expected.
