Was super happy to have made the effort to visit here. It was a quiet Subday night on a public holiday. My Grab scooter driver dropped me towards the end of the street. It's a very unassuming street with some small vendors up the front then you get to a section on the road where there is this real charm of hot coal fires. Buckets of chicken nearby and some great little tables and chairs on a wide sidewalk with an untouched rendered wall from what looks like the 50's. The vibe is A+ here. I sat by myself, ordered 4 wings, a leg and some beef ribs. On the side was a honey coated bread roll cooked over the fire and 2 beers. Crazy expensive compared to what you should be paying for the same things in Vietnam.
310k VND for six skinny grilled chicken feet, six tough and short 3cm long pork rib sections, half a grilled sweet potato cut into four pieces, some sliced cucumber, and some bread. No drinks or chicken legs were ordered.
My local Vietnamese friend was just as shocked at the price. And of course they don't have a menu and they don't have their prices...

I don’t need to worry even if I’m a foreigner there :) the food is absolutely great and I visited on Saturday and Sunday. It’s that much worth to visit!
