Been trying more than a dozen of coffee places in this week.

This place by far offers the best Arabica flat white/latte (coz it’s not on the same ground to compare Arabica to Robusta that traditional coffee uses). There are three types of bean to choose from: their house blend, 100% robusta, and 100% arabica (which is of a Vietnamese origin). I always chose the 100% arabica, coz it’s closest to my palate: full-bodied but completely rounded, no harshness/dryness.

I spent close to two weeks in Hanoi and have tried many coffee shops but this one simply has the best coffee hands down. It is a small place (only a few small chairs on the sidewalk) but their coffee, especially the egg coffee, is amazing. We've been coming here every day since stumbling across it on our first day in Hanoi. The roast on the beans is absolutely delicious and the yogurt coffee is to die for. The egg coffee is a bit on the eggier side compared to other places so skip that if you're not a fan of the eggy smell. But definitely give the salted coffee and yogurt...
