Telescope is a fairly new rooftop bar with a fantastic view of Tay Ho Lake. The view of the lake is obviously the highlight. They also have live music some of the time. It's a bit hidden away so has always been quiet when I have visited, but from photos on Google it's obviously busy some of the time. The drinks they have are good. Sick rooftop bar in Tay Ho. The entrance lookes a bit sketchy but just take the elevator to the 8th floor and be amazed by the bar. Beautiful view over the lake and skyline of Hanoi. Really good cocktails for reasonable price (around 150K for a cocktail) considering location. Best part was the music, vibes were perfect.
