Read moreRead moreWorst experience ! Worst customer service. I havent met a good friend of mine for such a long time. He chose this place because he used to be a regular at Hero Bar ( co-owner) and was pleased with the service. The waiter forgot our order the 1st time. We sat there 20 mins without a glass of water. I asked them nicely 3 times that a cup of water should be fine as I was extremely thirsty and it was freaking dry on the way . Nothing was served at that moment! I had to reach out and poured myself a glass of water ! Our order arrived after at least 40 minutes ! The waiters kept coming to inform orders then leave, repeatedly. I was asking for the wifi ( My 4G sim was having errors) - one of the waiter - Kien, perhaps ( the name listed on the bill), simply responded that he had no idea !! Didnt even bother And the place was not even crowded. At around 12:30PM the music stopped completely without notice. Another order was coming and i wanted to cancel it. But they refused ! In the end, the waiters didnt even wait for us to finish our drinks before announcing "Hey, we are closing now !". MADE ME THOUGHT FOR A SECOND THAT THE STAFF THERE DONT WORK FOR TIPS !!
Drinks are on the pricey side. Service is slow — takes a while for orders, drinks, and even the bill. Music is okay, nothing special. The space is big, and they can help organize birthday parties if you let them know in advance. Dancers look a bit low on energy — but if a guest asks to join, they’re super chill and even give up the stage! Security is nice too — they actually help drunk guests get...
