I sugest that backpacker, touist, foreign tourist should have lunch or dinner here to enjoy vietnamese fish cooked on pan. The price is ok for both local people and foreigner backpackers. The attitude of waiter and waitress here is nice. The food is good, the space is average in Hanoi, but the decor make it warm. I have enjoyed food here at for 04 years so far.
