Chops Trieu Viet Vuong — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Second visit to Chops at its new location on Triệu Việt Vương Street. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the male staff member who served my table was very friendly, always smiling, and spoke English well.

This time, I didn’t order a burger since I was a bit full, but my two friends did, and they really enjoyed theirs.

A small suggestion: In the future, it would be great if the restaurant could add an air purifier and keep the doors closed, as Hanoi’s air pollution is really bad. Eating a delicious burger while the doors are open makes it feel like fine dust is getting into your mouth. I know this might sound a bit extreme, but seeing my two foreign friends coughing due to the dust and asking the staff to close the door made me think that an air purifier would not only help the staff breathe cleaner air but also be a nice touch to...

I ordered so much as I was too excited to try everything! I had a bite of everything before I packaged it to go! The smash slider with the bloody Mary was divine! The cheeseburger salad is my new favorite salad in the world! The poppers are so addictive!!! The Mac & Cheese balls great the first day after less so. Ha jalepeno Mac was a bit plain for my spicy taste but still good. Overall! As a Texan I feel this place does everything better! I'll be back for their breakfast and dessert menu items!!! Update: so I found out this branch doesn't have breakfast or brunch. Hmm.. Maybe that's what's makes them so great...

Going to be completely honest here.

I’m an American so my expectations of a good burger is pretty high. The first time I had chops was in the old quarter branch, and I was not impressed at all. Felt like I ate a stale overhyped burger, and then never wanted to go to chops again.

This branch though is the highest scoring out of all of them. I decided to give it another go and THEY GOT IT RIGHT THIS TIME BABY.

Well done for this branch you guys are keeping chops relevant and delicious.
