iSushi Triệu Việt Vương — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Came back here again, update the review: Restaurant Manager called to apologize for all mistakes they have made, after 2 more times that we came here to have dinner I’d say iSushi has improved! However the Sakura menu is getting boring, for example salmon porridge no longer available... (its good for both adults and kids) ———— The first time with wife and daughter: (noon) course buffet 399.000++ VND We gave G-People member card but staffs did not even enter customer loyalty points. Not to mention staffs returned the member card which belong to other customer ... And they've already left. Ordered boiled bean (edamame) but did not came. Then tuna salad.. also did not came.. I asked for table napkin.. but i have to follow up after 20mins..

The second time with family of 6 didn't order much: Staffs place the grill plate for guests, leaving the meat all burned. Manager scolded her staff for giving us extra wasabi, even we asked for extra in front of out table, that's was rude. We're tired of waiting and ask for the bill then 2 more dishes we've ordered long time ago came out. OMG All dessert dishes are bad, no taste at all, feel really cheap. In summary, Hai Ba Trung Isushi foods and serving quality are...

I might come back.

Food: 4/5 (The kimchi soup is very flavorful, but the price is a bit high. The sushi and California roll are quite fresh and delicious. The fried rice and seafood noodles have a good taste. I wouldn’t recommend the scallop carpaccio and kanimiso crab shell (it taste is decent, but not worth the price)). Atmosphere: 4/5 (The space is cozy and comfortable. Since it's a place that offers both grilling and buffet options, it can get crowded) Decor: 4/5 (The warm tones combined with wooden or faux-wood design create a friendly feeling) Price: 4.5/5 (As I mentioned above, most of the dishes are reasonably priced for their quality. However, some are not worth the price, so I would rate it 4.5) Service: 4/5 (The staff are polite and courteous. However, since the restaurant is a bit crowded and serves a buffet, they seem quite busy, making it a bit difficult to call them at times.)

This meal was excellent. ISushi is an all-you-can-eat sushi and BBQ place. I ordered just the unlimited sushi without the BBQ for 389,000 vnd. The price includes nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, steak; many appetizers to choose from, various salads, hot pot, and dessert. It’s not a typical buffet where you go to a bar and serve yourself but rather you order from a menu then they prepare for you. The fish was very fresh and everything that was cooked was cooked satisfactorily. Staff was friendly and helpful. Because the menu was in Vietnamese I had a server that spoke English who made sure that I choose the right items. I was more than pleased by the outstanding service, especially considering that we were there during peak hours on a Saturday evening. For 2 meals with drinks plus tax the total was 1,050,000 vnd (~$45)...
