“Disappointed “ “Worst Nightmare “ “Very bad “ “Bad service and poor management “ “Rude Staff” we had worst experience in this hotel. I never recommend this hotel to stay as they ruined our whole night and day . We entered in the hotel morning then there was no one on reception and guard was sleeping on couch and we asked him to allow us inside hotel then he was very rude and he told us to sit outside hotel’s stairs. After one hour waiting on stairs he awake and allowed us to enter and then he refused to put our luggage inside hotel and told us do your self. After few hours , we requested for early checkin at-least by 1 hour before but receptionist denied us with rude face. Then after checkin we found no water in tap inside washroom. When we told them they just say it will be fix in next 30 mins ,but we wait for it for more than 9-10 hours then water came after 12 Am in night. Only good thing about room is good but management is very poor, it seems that those guys ruled on that property. Infact not only us but whole guests inside hotel had same experience like us. Location is also good, so many restaurants are nearby (Indian restaurants). In night , there is also a lot of noise. In the end when we are going to make checkout then receptionist told us to pay 30,000 VND more as we used water bottles inside room , we told us that we used their bottle to wash ourself as there was no water in tap. Finally so much argue on reception he made very rude face and slam us in Vietnamese language and told us to carry our luggage by ourself only.
In the end , I just want to say please do not...
Read moreAs Vietnam is still a developing country, their hotel quality was in my expectation. It didn't have any fancy technology that wowed me but I'm still giving it a 4-star rating for a few solid reasons.
First and foremost, the room was very clean and tidy. Even though it had not enough room to swing a cat, I still felt very pleased to stay there. One thing I'd like to mention is that their snacks and other food would come with extra charges upon consumption. Take note on that.
Next, their breakfast session was okay, given that the food wasn't overly scrumptious. What I was really happy about is their services. Vietnamese are very friendly and generous. They served me patiently although we had some communication barriers on languages. They can hardly speak English but they are willing to use their phones to translate whatever you want to say. Very NICE!
Furthermore, their price was also reasonably set. I had no complaints on this aspect and I really look forward to seeing better facilities to be equipped as the country mushrooms.
*Staff friendliness is always my priority when it comes to choosing a hotel. This hotel does it well and that's why it deserves my 4 stars. Props to that.

Read moreIt's the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled all over the world, have stayed in crummy hotels to the very best hotels. I say it is the best because of the management and its staff members, They are extremely accommodating even under wrongful accusations which I'd rather not delve into, but I will because it truly is a testament to the superior character of the management team. To make it short, I accused them of something they did not do(of course I was sure that they were at fault at the time), however there wasn't even a moment of defiance from the management or the staffs, without reservation investigated the matter and at the end reimbursed me for the lost item. A day later once I returned home it was discovered that I was the jackass for accusing them of something they had no part of, thus I returned the money plus extra. A part from the incident in my two visits to Hanoi which equates to about 30 days I have stayed there, and the service from the smiles to the amenities are second to none. The building could use a little renovation, but really it is nothing when you think of the quality of the people who...
