BEACH WAVES restaurant & bar — Restaurant in Hội An

A beautiful beach spot with a lovely friendly welcome. A beaming smile greeted us as the owner found us 3 blue beach beds for free and chatted to us.

We stayed the whole day, ordering breakfast, snacks, drinks, lunch for four people and cocktails…the price was great and the owner even generously gifted us a beautiful platter of fruit. The food was delicious, our daughter loved the pizza and chips while the grownups enjoyed the fish grilled in banana leaf, the fresh spring rolls and the lemongrass beef (excellent, spicy!). Beer is 30k, meals are around 80k for Vietnamese food up to 220k for a pizza.

The beach itself is lovely and quiet and clean. The water is clear, the sand soft and free of rubbish. Hardly anyone around and a safe and friendly atmosphere. The sea is calmer than it is at the main An Bang beach, with much smaller waves.

We stopped by here on the way to beach and did not regret it! We ordered several dishes, our favourite was the morning glory, the best we had in Vietnam. Loved the fresh fruit at the end of the meal. After lunch we headed down to the beach and had free access to the beach...

Beautiful views; lovely clear ocean; nice, strong drinks; comfy lounge chairs. The woman running the place was so sweet and accomodating. The passion fruit mojitos were great, and I also liked the pina colada. We'd be back again today if it weren't...
