Just gonna start off with... This is one of my favourite Chinese-Americna style restaurants in Vietnam!!
Went to Hoi An for a day trip (from Da Nang) and found this lovely place! It was fairly packed when we arrived and we weren't sure how good it would be (as a lot of places have fake reviews), but damn you will not regret going here! The Food was sooo delicious!!! Love it. Will definitely come back. I for one will definitely order the Fried Chicken Orange Sauce (panda express style). It's soo damn good 🔥 🔥 and I'm actually craving it again while writing this review out 🤣.
Food: So we ordered 1 meal each (my friend ordered the Fried Chicken Orange Sauce one and I ordered a Beef Chow Mein). I didn't read ask if my dish (the beef chow mein) had any ginger so I didn't enjoy my meal as much. But my friend was kind enough to share a little of his Fried chicken 🍗 🐔 and omg it was soo good.
Since the food was soo good and the staff was great, we ordered different dishes as take away to try out more good stuff! 😋
Service: The staff was super nice and did great service. They even gave us free fruit (see pic)! I don't know what the fruit with the yellow seeds are (it was quiet sour) but if you eat that and the watermelon right after or together, it tastes way better!
Thank you again to the staff and owner for their kindness and we'll definitely will be eating in or ordering out again the next time we...

The owner seemed friendly at first but in the end we realised he was far more interested in fleecing our wallets than he was in building and creating the dining experience that certain “questionable” 5 star reviews would suggest.
We ordered several dishes from both his Vietnamese menu & Western Chinese cuisine and were let down immensely. Our beef dish that we ordered was swimming in so much oil we felt like we gained 5 pounds just looking at it. We also ordered the chicken chowmein! Bad idea!! It was as if they’d marinated the lot of it for 7 days in vat of soy sauce and then salted it just before serving for good measure.
The only redemptive experience of our entire evening was the wine (which in hindsight was probably just bought from the local liquor store) and sold to us at a premium.
I generally never leave reviews of any kind, (either good or bad) and mind my own business but I feel a sense of responsibility to others who may fall into the same trap as we did.
All in all, we’ll never go back. I understand that this is someone’s livelihood but people need to...
Read moreThe owner and his wife were such a delight! Amazing hospitality, they really welcomed us with open arms and treated us like their own friend and family. The owner is multi-lingual and I find it so admirable and impressive that he is constantly learning multiple languages to improve himself.
The ambience was really great. Soft lighting makes for a very cosy and romantic vibes.
The owner himself took our orders and was very warm to share many interesting facts about his local culture. He was very detail-oriented, making sure we order exactly what we are looking for. We want spicy? Sweet? Crunchy? What kind of cooking style? So incredibly kind and flexible!
Thanks to that, we had an amazing last dinner in Vietnam, exactly the kind of taste we wanted.
We had the sweet and sour pork (VND125K), braised mackarel fish in claypot (VND135K) and stirfried morning glory (VND60K). All the dishes tasted really good and paired perfectly with rice!
Thank you so much for the hospitality and we would definitely recommend everyone to come here and try it for...
