Fivitel Hoi An Hotel — Hotel in Hội An

I absolutely loved my stay, the staff were absolutely amazing, if I could give more stars in would. When we first arrived, the staff opened the door for us and took care of our luggage and we got a lovely welcome drink. And the service did not stop there, all the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit, especially Sen, she went above and beyond. We had a few dramas, like myself with a broken foot and my partner needing to go to hospital. Sen arranged transport for me to and from the hospital so I could visit my partner, as well as helping with a couple other things. They even brought my partner a get well basket which we were not expecting. Sen even took us for a tour around Hoi An as I was not so mobile and we had a lovely time. Sen is amazing and such a lovely person. All the staff are very knowledgeable and even helped me get some dinner when I arrived back from the hospital late. The buffet breakfast has a very good variety of food, from traditional Vietnamese to western style food. We ordered from the dinner menu a few times and got it delivered to our room and the food was delicious, especially the pho and the Cao Lau (noodle dish from the hoi an region). The location is great, right across from the beach. The beach is stunning and I especially liked was the calm waters, so very great for swimming. The room was clean and tidy and a good size compared to other accommodation. I could not fault the fivitel Hotel Hoi An as they really took care of us the moment we arrived. The Fivitol is a nice hotel, the rooms are okay but apart from some news channels, the TV is only in Vietnamese for films etc and there's no satellite TV in our room. There's no table in the room for room service, so it put us off ordering food. There's a mini bar and crisps and snacks in the room. The window is French doors with a tiny balcony in our room. There's an on-site spa, and Thanh is a really expert masseuse. She is very, very good. The manager came to introduce himself to us, and he took some pics of myself and my husband. In the INFINITY POOL, some of the pictures are on the Fivitel Hotel Facebook page. There's a gym and a skylight bar plus a coffee shop up on the lower deck of the pool as well as a shower room and toilets. All the staff are really friendly, helpful and polite, nothing is to much trouble. Every morning, you can have a choice of, fried, omelette, or scrambled eggs, with an array of fillings to choose from, or just plain. These are cooked to order never in advance. There's a choice of continental and Vietnamese breakfast foods, too. Plus juice, water and tea & coffee. There's a free shuttle bus to the the An Bang lBeach a few times a day, and you can book it to bring you back or make your own way by taxi. My wife and I stayed at Fivitel Hoi An for 7days, we had stayed at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang before, so we had experience and confidence with the Fivitel brand before we came. The resource and manpower is adequate here in Fivitel Hoi An and all at reasonable price. So you feel like you will get anything here as long as you need it. Worth mentioning the service team here, the Manager Sen is very proactive in helping every guest and solving our problems, she in person welcomes us on our first day and farewells us on our last day. We even grab her WhatsApp so any time we have any issues we can turn to her for support! We decided to move to Fivitel Da Nang after our trip in Hoi An, and She warmly arranges the transfer for us and even an early check-in at the new hotel, so often she is willing to doing some extra for the guests without us asking.
