A cozy natural place with mostly outdoor seating of about 20. They are a really authentic German, Austrian, eatery that serves classical cuisine from these countries.
The owner Tram is super friendly and a real ambassador for the food she serves. Great talking food with her and understanding more about the German-Austrian cuisine. She was very helpful explaining what's on the menu, how the condiments are used with the dishes, and recommending options.
My son and I stuffed ourselves with grilled sausages, traditional wiener schintzel, German potato salad, side of greens and sauerkraut and a pretzel stick. Enjoyed the recommended Swiss beer that was a bronze award winner to go with it. Ended drinking 2 and taking 2 home.
Everything was amazing. The pretzel was perfect...didn't need any mustard as an American might do lol. Their creme brulee is outstanding, the best I've had in Vietnam.
They're also the distributor for the haubis breads and baked goods. First time ever having it and was excellent. Enjoyed pairing it with German butter.
