I would give this place a 4.5/5 but there isnt an option. The food was pretty good. Service was good. It wasn't exceptional, but it's great for the price. Some items are a hit. Others could have been better. Some of the things I really enjoyed: The ha gow (shrimp dumplings) were very good. You can taste the Hong Kong roots. I feel like the meat mixture was marinated in a rice wine or something to accentuate the seafood flavor. The Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) were expertly made. The skin was as thin as possible while keeping it strong enough to hold the broth. Excellent. But you have to ask for extra ginger as the sauce comes with very little. The Daikon cakes are excellent with the egg. I really enjoyed the beancurd wrapped shrimp as well. The pork ribs was the usual affair. The bad: The classic Sui Mai was nothing to write home about. Almost lacking in quality. The beef ribs which was on the special menu I thought was going to be a hit, but the beef quality was poor. The sauce was overly salty. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. It's one of the better dim sum places. It's clean and well deserving of a visit. If you are visiting Vietnam Saigon, and craving dim sum, do yourself a favor and stop by. PS, egg tarts were so good, I ordered a batch to go.

its so hard not to order everything off the menu! Dim Tu Tac is definitely one of the local favourites for dimsum! (or as us Aussies call it... Yum Cha - but a note for Aussies.. they dont do the service trolleys like they do back home. its only order off the menu) super large variety and everything tastes pretty decent. service was attentive as they were always ready to refill our drinks and clean away our dirty plates/bowls with new clean ones - a little too fast as they took my bowl away where i wanted to keep the sauce for more dipping! plenty of seating area!! definitely can accommodate large groups with ease. larger groups probably book ahead to make sure. but on this occasion, a table of 5 on walk-ins was a breeze!

The food under this brand has always been consistently good, we have tried two branches and the food is still amazing. This location has many seats as well, enough to hold a wedding banquet, but may not have sufficient parking space for that. What we appreciate most from this branch is the congee options which the other branch in district 2 doesn’t have. Congee is essential for us to feed our toddler, hence we are really grateful that this branch has it and tastes really yummy too. The only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the utensils, some may be a little dirty but they assisted to change for us quickly.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal with friends and family. The restaurant is usually crowded with people, which gives it a lively and bustling atmosphere. Dim sum is a traditional Chinese meal that includes a variety of small dishes, typically served in steamer baskets or on small plates. The dim sum is often enjoyed alongside tea, and the restaurant usually offers a selection of delicious teas to complement the meal. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy a delicious and authentic meal with friends and family, the price is a bit expensive and it was too crowded

Expensive gourmet menu. We were a group of 11 people at 8:30am for dim sim yum cha. We ordered off the menu. The staff stopped us from ordering and advised that it was too much food already before I had the chance to tell my mum the next item I wanted on the menu. Guess what? It turned out that it wasn't enough for and we had to put in another order anyway. Apart from the above, the service was great! We ordered multiple of the same item, staff made sure they were placed evenly so we could better reach for the food.

Very high end dim sum place. By far the most expensive meal I've had in Vietnam, but still very reasonable/normal priced to where Im from in the US. And WOW does that price come with quality! The soup dumplings were huge and filled to the top! The shumai was perfect. I thought the abalone was alright (I had never had it before and wanted to try something new) but the rice and sauce it was served with was the best thing I had all day! Treat yourself, this place is worth it
