Been meaning to try here. Although I wanted to try a burger, I saw the snapper on Maps menu pics and wanted to try it.
I couldn't find that on the physical menu, so maybe they don't sell it anymore. I tried the mackerel (210K/$8.35) and crispy chicken lollipops (135K/$5.40).
The chicken was much smaller than I imagined prior to ordering. I've had countless chicken in Korea, I've never had this flavor. The sauce was ok (not great), but it was also cold, so it made the chicken kind of cold. A thick pasty sauce.
The mackerel was also smaller than I imagined for paying 210K (maybe that's standard price, I don't get fish often in Vietnam), but it wasn't really worth paying 210K for it. I should have just gone for a burger. That being said, the fish tasted adequate, though. Not many bones.
Had I not wanted to try the drumsticks, I would have tried the chicken parmigiana sandwich.
On the drinks menu, it says there's 10% VAT & (I believe) a 5% service fee.
30K/$1.20 for a regular bottle of Dasani water (which I believe costs around 7K in a convenience store or 10K/11K depending on the place for a 1.5L bottle of it)...
I was charged VAT, so đ412,500/$16.45 for my meal. Unfortunately, that's much more than the value I felt eating here.
I'm sure this place is...

Read moreNice expat bar restaurant. Decent selection of food and drink choices. Live music was really good and got everyone dancing by the end of the night. The club room behind the bar was a bit odd, on paper it sounds like a really fun idea and I was excited to go in. However the music choice was interesting to say the least, wasn't the local Vietnamese club music or anything I've heard in the UK either. Had maybe 4-5 people in there all night with no atmosphere so we stayed outside and enjoyed the live music. Of course expect to pay a higher price for the expat treatment. Overall a solid expat bar restaurant with...
