Good German food in HCMC! 👍

I just ate at Parkhaus restaurant in Ho Chi Minh! My first time here.

Pork knuckle was very good! Skin super crispy, and the meat was perfectly cooked - not too soft but tender. So yummy!

The sausage platter also very nice, real German taste. I'm not German but I love sausage. I eat German food pretty often, even in Germany, and this one taste authentic.

You must try their beer also, imported from Germany. Special aroma and very refreshing after walking in hot weather!

I recommend this place! Good find for tourists like me. Will come again next time I visit HCMC. Makasih Parkhaus!

Great food, Warm company, Fantastic evening. My wife and I couldn’t be more impressed with our experience yesterday at Parkhaus restaurant in Thao Dien. The service was exceptional; the staff very proactive in accommodating us and our 9-month-old baby. They even held him a few times to give my wife and I a break! I cannot speak to the authenticity of the food as I am not German myself, but the food was wonderful, and the restaurant was in fact recommended to me by my German friends. My wife who normally doesn’t like sausage ended up claiming a large portion of my plate! Norbert, the owner of the restaurant, joined us later for some pleasant conversation. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parkhaus Thao Dien, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Vietnam. I ordered the Spring Roast Chicken, and it was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Perfectly roasted, tender, and bursting with flavor, it truly is the best roast chicken in Vietnam. What really elevated the dish was the chicken sauce—rich, savory, and absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted.

My friend ordered the German sausage, which was equally impressive. Authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it complemented the entire meal perfectly.
