Hong's Chicken (홍스 치킨) — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Someone seriously needs to edit the photographs that come up when you Google this place because the main pic looks utterly unappetising and it does this place a disservice because this is a fantastic restaurant and I thoroughly recommend it. I ordered 2 types of Korean fried chicken - the chicken itself was the most delicious I have eaten in Saigon, and I say that as someone who has taken my family to quite a lot of Korean chicken restaurants in Phu My Hùng and District 1. Perfectly crisp on the outside and wonderfully moist inside with both soy garlic and spicy sauces being equally yummy. What makes this place extra special is that it came with complimentary toppokki, salad and drink, toppokki being one of my very favourite Korean foods and the version they do here being out of this world. Service was very friendly and without a doubt it provides the best value for money of any Korean joint I’ve found in Vietnam, so I’m definitely making this my go-to place for Korean feasts in Saigon from now on.
