Kobee restaurant is located in the fancy condos complex, so it is a bit upscale: comfortable sitting with AC, good plating, food is good but I think the soups are better than the pork chop rice dish I tried the 2nd time. Take advantage of the breakfast/lunch specials which included a fresh juice (we tried carrots and watermelon, both very good!) which were worth it.
