OK, let’s see where do I start? I was visiting my sister and her friend as they were leaving on their way back to the airport. It's a wonderful hotel next door, by the way, great first place if you’re coming to Saigon for the first time
As for the food, well, on point, really flavorful, and they were generous enough to give us something that wasn’t even on the menu, one of my favorite dishes, Bo Ne, or a sizzling platter of meat (steak and onions basically) with an egg on top. It was delicious. The sauce was so good, sweet and savory. I had to get a second piece of bread just so I could sop it up. They also do a tomato based sauce as well, which I haven't tried but will be the next time I'm out here.

The menu wasn't that big, but many items in the menu weren't available. The foods were over-seasoned for our taste because we don't eat a lot of rice. But for people who eat a lot of rice, the seasoning may be OK. Food quality is average. Prices may be on the high side and options are limited for regular family meals, and the presentation may not be fancy enough for business...
