Atmosphere 8.5/10 Located in the same building as “Snuffbox” but a floor above. Two floors. Really enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere inside. a lot of bar seating and some booths around it for groups. Pleasant music volume (mainly pop) Decent backbar

Drinks 7.5/10 Recommendation: Guava Heaven, any variant of Gin Tonic Really cool menu design (retro) and good cocktail selection. Gin Tonic seems to be one of their signatures too. Cocktails tasted good. Glassware is average. Nice coasters

Refined is an absolute gem, tucked away in not to be missed 14 Ton That Dam building. The cocktails are superb—expertly crafted, creative, and perfectly balanced. My personal favorite is the amazing "Guava Heaven," a must-try! The bartenders are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate. It’s a really rare find, the place is super low key and we almost missed it but the vibe is soo nice. It might looks small but there’s an upper level with more chairs so you can fit quite comfortably. The drinks are beautifully made, delicious and reasonable. I recommend the salted coffee ☕️ The view is also very nice, and its a good place if you’re looking for a photoshoot with vintage bar background. I will try to come back to see how it looks at...
