It's a pity that the all of staff isn't capable to communicate in English accept for 1 of the reception lady Ms Delwyn and one of the guys. Before arrival we sent 3 emails but never got a response en pointing out was as usual sm"so sorry". That seems a word that they all know and frequently used.We were early arrivals and that was our email about. We where ask to wait an hour to get the room ready. After returning after 1.5 hours, "so sorry" wait for 1 hour was the reply. I dont understand why the cleanings personal can't pick the rooms to clean asap for the guest instead of going floor by floor, keeping you waiting. Other hotels do so you accommodate there gyest as good as possible. I guess they are still learning emand hope it gets better because its a good hotel not to far from some activities and nice places Ask a question and don't expect any good answer, even with Google translate you won't get a satisfying response. We stayed 5 days/4 nights and not once the bedlinnen was changed. Even with an unidentified mark, we got a sorry showing the picture. Breakfast is poor and every day the same fruit, eggs, bread and cold fries. The coffee that is more cold than hot. I had to ask for hot water to get my coffee a bit warmer. It's a pitty because the coffee is very good. And again, no communication possible because of no English speaking personal.Laundry service is provided by a local company and it's very cheap, cheaper that the hotel is offering. The added cost to the bill, (I try to ask what for) you can guess the answer, so sorry and stayed unanswered.I guess something need to be worked out since they opened for just a few months. The slippers in the hotel are necessary, check them after 2 days. The cleaners need to do a better job to keep the hotel great. Management need to step up and kearn from this. My special thank you to moms Delwijn and the lovely guy wearing glases at the desk. Very...
Read moreMy stay at this boutique hotel in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the unique blend of affordability, comfort, and impeccable service.
Firstly, the price was incredibly reasonable for a hotel of this caliber. Given the prime location in District 1, I was expecting much higher rates. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it fit well within my budget, offering incredible value for money.
The room itself was a haven of comfort and style. Thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and tasteful decor, it provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the essentials to ensure a relaxing stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance with any requests or inquiries, their hospitality was second to none.
One of the most unique aspects of this boutique hotel is its location inside a local market. While some may find this unconventional, I found it to be a delightful experience that added an extra layer of immersion into the local culture. It was fascinating to step outside and be instantly surrounded by the vibrant sights, sounds, and scents of a bustling Vietnamese market. It truly offered a genuine taste of local life in Ho Chi Minh City.
To sum up, I cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Ho Chi Minh City without breaking the bank. With its affordable price, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service, coupled with its unique location inside a local market, it offers a truly memorable and authentic stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to this...

My two friends and myself got an individual room (no window) each to ourselves. The check-in was seamless. One of the rooms was upgraded to a room with windows as the original room was not available. The stay was comfortable.
Like some of the reviews had pointed out, the shower water would flood the entire toilet floor if left for a prolonged period of time. The hotel is situated along a street market with the road conditions being less ideal. The grab drivers were able to come into the street during our time there.
The surrounding area transforms with a lot of bars popping out at night. There was a 7-11 nearby but it was not opened during our time there. Instead, we visited the convenience store (GS25 - Cửa Hàng Tiện Lợi - VN0210 - Hồ Tùng Mậu) on the next street, it was about 3 mins walk from the hotel. We would like to commend the two ladies at the reception (Morning Shift on 19/05 & Afternoon Shift on 20/05), we were craving Pho & Banh Mi and they recommended places for us to satisfy our cravings.
Although we had breakfast included in our booking, we did not make it for the breakfast timing (6.30am to 9.30am), the hotel could consider extending the timing to allow the late birds to have the breakfast. It was such a pity to not have tried the hotel breakfast.
If anyone was wondering, you can store your luggage there, if you have arrived earlier than the checking time or departing later than the checkout time.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay for my two friends and myself. Highly...
