I might have been the only non-Japanese in there. As long as you can stand to hear Japanese being spoken, you should be fine.
I wanted to try the mapo tofu (labeled "mabo" tofu), but it seemed a little high for tofu, esp compared to the other items. I went for a J-curry ramen and ordered a rice bowl + raw eggs (tamagokake gohan). The tamagokake looked like a bowl versus a cup of rice, and it was a good-sized serving. Initially, they brought it out, and I had to wait a bit for the ramen to come so they were nice enough to swap the rice for hot/fresh rice.
