Vittorio Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Ordered two large pizzas. The waitress who took our order was rude and miserable and did not write any of our order down. When the pizzas came out there was one large and one medium. I told the waitress I had ordered a large, she went and checked our receipt (which is ridiculous considering she did not write our order down) and came back to tell me I ordered a medium. I told her again that I had ordered a large and she took the medium away. By the time my correct order had come out my partner had finished eating his pizza (which had several toppings missing from what was advertised on the menu). The pizza itself was ok but nothing special. The size of the pieces of garlic was ridiculous. I had to pick all the garlic off as it made one mouthful on each slice taste terrible (and I love garlic so that really is saying something about how huge the pieces were). All the time I was eating my pizza the rude waitress was looking angrily at me. Another waitress did come over and ask me if everything was ok which was nice but I was too angry to appreciate it by this point. Incredibly poor customer service. After dining at and ordering from Vittorio's dozens of times, I'm not putting up with their basement-level service any more. I'm leaving a warning to others, and I almost never leave reviews.

I placed an order for delivery, was informed they jacked up the price over 20% from what was listed, then was surprised to see that the typical inclusion of extras that comes with the same thing I've ordered many times from them wasn't included. I called, asked if they could include the extras, and then didn't receive a phone call after they said they'd ask their manager. When I called back a second time to learn they wouldn't accommodate me, they hung up on me. This doesn't mention the several times I've asked for items on their menu they didn't have in stock.

Totally unacceptable service level from Vittorio. Do yourself a favor...

I don’t really know how the authentic Italian food tastes but the dishes we order were so yummy however the waitress who took our order has quite of an unpleasant vibe. We ordered a pizza and on the menu it only says the size not the number of slices. So I asked her, how many slices, she answered “just look at that” or something like that pointing on the SIZE options but in a very unpleasant manner seems insulting. So I repeated my question of how many slices do a medium and a large have. After which, we chose to order the medium with 6 slice according to her but in the end she brought us the large one. I saw from other negative reviews that there are a lot of no responses from this restaurant so I guess customer service is not a priority here. Good food but think twice if you value customer...
